    [0007] 従来から上記上下するハ。 一 マ ネ ン ト ウ エ ー ブを形成す る方法は、 多数個の固定化器具にそれぞれ毛束を巻いて 行って 手数を要 している。' 更に、 中和液 （ 一般にい う パ ー マ ネ ン ト 第 2 液 ） 塗布過程は多数の固定化器具ご とに行っていて固定化器具を装着した状態で中和液を入 れた容器に ドブ漬け して簡単且つ迅速に行 う こ とが不可 能であった。 従って従来では中和液を垂れ流し的に塗布 しているが流れ落ちる薬液を タ オ ル等で受ける ど経済 的に も 中和処理上か ら も欠点があ ]9 、 ま た十分な 中和が でき ¾い ど頭髪その も のに とって も 好ま し も のでな かった。

    [0009] そこでこの発明は上記の欠点を解消すベ く 従釆の固定 化器具に代えて波状板を使用 して頭髪の長短を問わずに 毛束を一気に前記上下方へ形成 し、 更に中和液の経済的 使用 と 中和処理を簡便に し且つ頭髪保護の面か ら十分
    [0010] ΟΜΡΪ 中和のでき るハ。 — マ ネ ン ト ウ ェ ー ブの形成を 目的 とする も ので、 この 目 的は所定の長方形状面積を有 して上下に 所定の ピッ チ、 所定の曲率で円弧状の ウ ェ ー ブを違続し た一対の曲板で、 しか もそれぞれの曲板に所要の小孔を 所要に配列し、 下側の曲板には 1 ビツ チおき に ロ ッ ドを 固定した ウ ェー ブ形成器具 と直方体状の容器を使用する こ とに よって達成し ょ う とする も のである。

    [0015] 次にこ の発明の良好る一実施例について添付図面を参 照しながら具体的に説明する と、 第 1 図に示す よ う に比 較的薄く 整え られた毛束 1 はハ° — マ ネ ン ト 第 1 薬液が塗 布されて上下の曲板 2 ， 2'に挾みつけられ、 下側の 曲板 2 に固定した ロ ッ ド S を介して ゴ ム パ ン ド 4 で上下の曲 板 2 ， 2'を固定する。 一対の曲板 2 ， 2'は所要の面積を 有し、 所定の ピッ チで所定の曲率から成る円弧状の ゥ ェ ーブ 5 を上下交互に連続して成！） 、 所要の小孔 ό を所要 に配列し、 下側の曲板 2'には第 2 図に示す よ う に上に凸 の円弧部に 1 ピッ チおき に ロ ッ ド 3 を固定している。 曲 板は第 2 図の仮想餱で示す よ う に頭に沿 う 曲率でその一 部を曲げたも ので も よい。 パ ー マ ネ ン ト第 1 薬液に よ
    [0016] OMP1 毛束 1 に曲板 2 の ウ エ ー ブ 5 を形成 した後、 こ のま ま の 状態でパ ー マ ネ ン ト 第 2 薬液の入った直方体状容 （ 図 外 ） に ドブ漬けする。 同液は上下の曲板 2 , 27に穿孔し た小孔 ό よ 毛束 1 に浸透し中和洗浄を完了 してハ° — マ ネ ン ト ウ ェー ブを形成する。 尚、 と の発明に於ける 中和 処理が ドプ漬け処理であるので従来の方法に於ける中和 液の濃度 よ ] 5 その濃度を薄 く でき る。 小孔 ό は一方の曲 板に設けられた も ので も よい。 '
    [0017] 以上の よ う にこの発明は頭周面に上下する ウ エ ー ブの 形成において毛束を頭髪の長短を問わずに且つ従来の巻 きつけの手数を要せずに一気に形成で き る と共に、 中和 処理が毛束 1 の ドプ漬けで処理でき るので丁寧な中和処 理が可能と ] 、 その結果頭髪を保護 し余分な薬液の飛 散も垂れ流し も く 、 簡便に して経済的 ¾パー マ ネ ン ト ウ エ ー ブの形成を提供する も ので あ る 。

    1. 所要の面積を有して上下に所定の ビツ チ と 曲率で曲 折され所要の小孔を有する 曲板一対に、 所要量の毛束 を挾んで固定しパ ー マ ネ ン ト 薬液処理をする こ と に よ ] 頭髪に頭周面に対し上下の ウ ェ ー ブを形成する こ と を特徵とするパ ー マ ネ ン ト ゥ エ ー ブ形成法。
    2. 毛束を挾んだ一対の曲板をハ。 — マ ネ ン ト 薬液に ドブ 漬けして藥液処理する こ と を特徵とする特許請求の範 囲第 1 項記載のパーマ ネ ン ト ウ ェ ー ブ形成法。
